My classes

Rooted in inner connection, my Reconnection Flow Yoga classes blend different styles - Flow, Slow Flow, Yin, Meditation & Breathwork - with mindful pauses to create spaces to go within. My classes go beyond the asana practice, creating a space to reflect on a specific theme while being anchored in aromatherapy, sound and mindful movement. Suitable for all levels.

Four pillars of my classes

01

Inner connection

Reconnecting with what's happening within, beyond the noise, and remembering who we are underneath it all.

02

Movement

Conscious movement to embody what arises and reconnect with presence.

03

Stillness

A pause to observe, listen inward, and return to presence.

04

Integration

Bringing movement, stillness, and inner connection together into embodied awareness in daily life.

A yoga practice born from life

Yoga as a Path of Exploration

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years, and my personal practice has evolved and varied over time. It shifts depending on the day and what my body needs. I love starting my mornings with around an hour dedicated to my practice - moving through yoga (depending on the day, either Vinyasa or Yin), followed by meditation or pranayama to close. Reflection is also an important part of my practice (in yoga, often referred to as svādhyāya, the study of self), and I enjoy sitting with a coffee in that space of awareness.
